The Fusion Centre is a government initiative led by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition, designed to assist investors and businesses in resolving regulatory challenges and bottlenecks that may delay their projects.

It provides a single national entry point where issues can be captured, tracked, monitored, and escalated across government departments to ensure faster resolution.

The Fusion Centre works closely with national, provincial, and municipal authorities to ensure coordinated decision-making and improved turnaround times - positioning government as an active partner in investment facilitation.

Submit your completed inquiry. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement email containing your unique Fusion Centre Case Number.

Departmental Assignment

The Fusion Centre team reviews and classifies your case, then assigns it to the relevant government department with a designated Focal Point. You will be notified via email when your case status changes.

Outcome & Closure

Once resolved, you receive the official outcome and confirmation of resolution via email. The case is formally closed and you are asked to provide a satisfaction rating.
